Environmental and climatic conditions can darken a sandstone floor during the years. There are also various other contaminants.To return to the sandstone´s natural color hue, the sandstone floor has to be cleaned from time to time.
This is generally nothing problematic when you follow some rules. Through the use of a pressure washer the microscopic structure of the sandstone is changing, causing the sandstone floor dirty faster in the future than before. Harsh detergents are not recommended, because these pollute the environment and the user is facing disposal problems most of the time.
But there is another way – without high pressure, water and chemicals. The patented Tornado ACS cleaning machine operates according to a unique future-oriented vacuum blast method with special granules. The minimally abrasive technology enables an environmentally friendly cleaning of sandstone floors. The cleaning effect of the vacuum-blasting is basically similar to a very fine grinding process, and is obtained by mechanically removing the polluted layer.
With cleaning equipment Tornado ACS of systeco the surface of a sandstone floor will neither be damaged nor do any residues penetrate into the environment. Through the vacuum blast procedure, impurities are removed layer by layer, without damaging the surface. Cleaning of sandstone floor, especially in hallways and staircase areas, is easily possible in public, since it is cleaned in a close circulation. The used granulate can be reused (up to 100 times). The entire ablation remains in the circulation cycle of the system and is only disposed of, with the filter cleaning.
The work can be done by anyone. Special skills are not required. The closed loop of the cleaner, allows a dust-free working without protective clothing.
